Meet Me At Rosina's - A dinner theatre presented by ECC's Acting Up Drama Troupe
Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st 6:00pm
Start your summer with a delightful drama and delicious dinner! Come see our Acting Up drama troupe as they present the comedy "Meet Me at Rosina's" while you enjoy a catered lasagna meal from Luigi's. Please sign-up at the church office so that we can get an accurate count for the meal. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for kids 12 and under to cover the cost of the food. |

Vacation Bible School
June 14-19th 6:45-9:00pm
Bring your whole family to VBS. Grab an adventure compass and make tracks along the trails of fun at SonRock Kids' Camp. It's sure to be a mountaintop experience with Jesus they'll never forget. Classes are available for all ages, nursery to adults, and themed refreshements are provided. Our special missionary guests will be the Kornegay family (Phil, Kim and the kids) who are serving in Japan. |

Power Challengers Summer Day Camp
June 8th - August 21st, 6:30am-6:00pm
Power Challengers Summer Camp is for those who have completed grades K-8 and is the fun and exciting way to spend your summer months. We offer a comprehensive program that includes swimming, arts & crafts, team sports and interest groups such as the survivor club, csi, silly sports, textiles and many more. For our devotions we will be studying prayers in the Old and New Testament and how God answered them. We'll also do cool science projects, learn about cooking, and have some messy, messy, messy fun! There will be field trips to amazing places and a multicultural emphasis as we learn about other countries through games, crafts, and food. Space is limited, so register now! Cost is $70 per child. |

Summer Reading Race - A Lifeway Christian Stores Program
June 1 - August 31
Our church librarian, Maria Gabbard, wants everyone to know about a new reading and rewards program for ages 4 through 16 called The Summer Reading Race. Register at your local Lifeway Christan Store to get started. You'll receive a punch card to track the books that your child reads. This punch card is also a 20% discount card for your whole family. Your child's name will be entered in a grand prize drawing once for every book they read. For every 10 books read your child will receive a prize. Lifeway provides information on the program and suggested reading list of Christ-centered books at http://www.lifewaystores.com/readingrace.
Our church library has a number of the books on this list and many, many more suitable for this program. Stop by the library on Sundays between 8am-8:15am, 10:30am-10:45am, and 5:30pm-6:00pm, or on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7pm to check out our wide selection of books.

Pack the Pantry for Camp!
North Florida Christian Service Camp is holding their annual "Pack the Pantry" drive and is asking ECC members to donate toilet paper and coffee. Bring any donations to the church office. Help those counselors stay awake! |

ECC's 50th Anniversary Photos Available!
October 4th-5th, 2008
Photos from our 50th anniversary activities have been uploaded to two photo gallery sites so that you can view a slide show of them. You can also order copies of the photos or CD's from either site - just pick the one that's more convenient for you. Walmart's photo center can deliver the photos to your home or the Walmart of your choice. The Kodak Gallery has home delivery, too, and also lets you print your photos at Target, CVS, and other Kodak network locations.
Once you get to either site, look for a link that says "view slide show" and click it. |
